What exactly do you do?
We develop an ecommerce website for your business. Then we create a marketing strategy for selling your products directly to consumers. Finally, we execute on that marketing strategy (i.e. running the marketing for you).
Along the way, we build a reporting so you can see the most important stuff. How much are you selling, how much are you spending on marketing, is it profitable, etc.
I still don't get it
Let's look at an example:
Imagine a business selling soap. Up until now, they have been selling in bulk to stores and do some business on Amazon.
Because of increasing prices and competition, they decide they want to add another sales channel, where they sell directly to the consumers of their soap.
If this business comes to us, we look at their business model, find products worth selling to consumers (i.e. products that can be marketed profitably). Based on this and market research, we decide where this business needs to market.
Then, we get to work and build a website. Once that is done, we run marketing to get traffic to the website and sales for the business.
Why should i trust you?
Short answer: You shouldn't (yet).
Agencies have a bad reputation. And honestly, this is mostly justified.
When you book a call on this website, you will talk to me directly (the owner & founder). I will not sell you on the first call, I will mostly listen and share my honest opinion on what you are planning.

How long do you work with us?
As long as needed. We work on a monthly basis. The first month is mostly strategizing and building the actual site. Then, we switch to operating mode, run marketing and report back to you.
If you feel comfortable and confident to hand the marketing back to your own in-house team, you can do so at any time.
We have no lock-in periods, minimum contract durations or multi-month prepayments.
Which software / Platforms do you use?
We build and launch your website using Shopify. I personally have been using it since 2015 and think it is the best tool out there to launch a DTC ecommerce website.
On top of that, we use different tools to analyze & optimize your website, such as Hotjar.
For reporting, we rely on Google Sheets and good old Excel :)
Do you work with founders / New Businesses?
We do, BUT: Our method for marketing relies on data from existing business operations. Also, you have no validated product market fit.
Expect slower results if you are just starting out. The chances are also higher that we will reject a project if we are not confident we can give you good results.
Do you work with esatblished DTC businesses?
We do. If your DTC sales channel does below $1,000,000 in revenue, is not your primary source of revenue or you want to launch a new market (Germany, UK or US), we can help.
